I was wondering if someone knew anything about this because I am not exactly sure. Okay, there are some websites that give you like, passwords and user names so everybody that wants to log into websites that cost money or websites that need registeration can without paying or registering.

Like this website: Anyways, if you type in a website into the search bar thing, it will give you 'community-based' user names to use and the password to access the accounts to the websites. Supposedly, this is legal and I even read it on the site because people donate money to pay for the accounts, but that's not my exact question.
Bugmenot.com is not the only website like that and today I was using a different one, which I can't remember the name of. So, I started to log on to the website with the user name and password it gave me, but after I logged in to this 'website,' it said this.
'This user name and password has been stolen from its original user. Your IP Address and the the time you visited this account has been recorded for safety reasons.
Don't keep trying to log on to this specific account because if you do, we will send a report to your ISP and they will look into it. Am I in danger of being arrested? I am not even over 18 yet and it said it was legal on the first site and then, it was saying I was being monitored for safety reasons?
I don't understand. Can someone help?
